I bought the frame for $5 at the DAV and the fabric at Hobby Lobby. Everything else I had in my stash. Total cost $13. Even though the fabric looks a little more tan in the picture than it actually is, I'm not real sure I like the beige next to the white, but I have more things to stick in anyway so probably not that much of it will be seen.

I made this mini using the Gas Pump Mini tutorial I purchased from Katha Orta at Paper Phenomenon.
(You can't tell from these pics that the window is shiny, but you can in a later one.)
This drawer holds three matchbook minis.
The books and one of the pics. The license plates are double-sided.
I glued two different plates together.
Inside of one book.
It's 10.25" tall. I like the way it turned out. What do you think?

This little mini was just an experiment. I got the Alterations Book Cover dye and had to try it out, but am not quite ready to make an actual book yet—too many other things to do first. I had no intention of doing anything other than running it through my Big Shot to see what it looked like, but I just kept going back and piddling with it. So.....this is just a piece of cardstock folded like a folder. Instead of plain pages, I decided to find some romantic poems and make it a little mini book of them. It looks a little boring here. The pages look much better in person...and very antique.
